Bread made from one or all of: wheat, barley, rye, oats, spelt.

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', אֱ-לֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, הַמּוֹצִיא לֶחֶם מִן הָאָרֶץ.‎

Barukh ata Adonai Eloheinu, melekh ha'olam, hamotzi lehem min ha'aretz.
